You can claim missing blue credits up to six months* after the completed travel date. Please note that only tickets written out in the name of one of the employees of the company can be claimed.

*New members can retro claim tickets for flights that were taken up to three months prior to their enrolment.

It's still possible to include your bluebiz number in the reservation:

  • Ask your travel agency to add your bluebiz number to the reservation and your company profile in their reservation system.
  • Go to 'My Bookings' on the Air France website or 'My Trip' on the KLM website. Log in to your account and click on the appropriate passenger's name. Fill in the loyalty program entry field with your bluebiz number.

Your bluebiz account will be updated weekly, but it may take longer for tickets from partner airlines to appear.
