Air-France-Lounge-624x380.jpgOn April 2, 2025, Air France unveiled its completely redesigned lounge in terminal 2E, hall K at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport. Now spread over three levels, it boasts a new floor of over 900 square metres and has almost 200 additional seats. Celebrating French travel elegance, it offers even more space, services and comfort for customers to enjoy before a flight or when they have a connection.

The lounge is dedicated to Air France Business and Flying Blue Elite Plus customers travelling on the airline's long-haul network, as well as on certain medium-haul flights (excluding Schengen). It also welcomes eligible customers from KLM and Air France's partner airlines in the SkyTeam alliance. Open daily from 5:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., it now has a total surface area of over 2,800 square metres spread over three levels and can seat 638 customers.

Designed and created by Air France teams in collaboration with the agency SGK Brandimage, this lounge is a comfortable place to rest, eat or work in peace. Its design reflects the airline's image with the use of its logo, the winged seahorse - its historic symbol - and the posters on display reflecting its rich heritage and promoting its current network. It features the airline’s signature colours - shades of blue, bright white and touches of red - for a refined, chic ambience. The use of oak wood and metallic champagne shades in the design of the space adds warmth and elegance. Carefully chosen and sometimes reconditioned in an environmentally responsible manner, the furniture is finished to the highest standards.

The lounge entrance reveals Air France's signature fragrance. Called AF001, this home fragrance was created by Francis Kurkdjian, the great French master perfumer and Artistic Director of Maison Francis Kurkdjian. Created with hints of jasmine and rose, its delicate floral aura takes travelers on a true olfactory journey, capturing a suspended moment in time. Its comforting musky scent, combined with mimosa from the south of France, adds a sunny, natural vibrancy.

An additional floor offering new spaces

Air France now offers passengers a "petit salon" located on the upper floor. A place to unwind and recharge your batteries, this private area is an invitation to relax and unwind. Ideal for reading or resting in a quiet, tastefully decorated environment, the space features a variety of individual or group seating options.

An adjacent work area combines functionality and comfort. With individual seating, a co-working space and a meeting room to attend online meetings in peace, it offers a serene, ergonomic and connected environment to meet customers' working requirements.

A space dedicated to Flying Blue Ultimate customers

In this new extended lounge, Air France has reserved a private area for its Flying Blue Ultimate customers. This private and refined space has an unobstructed view of the runways and guarantees optimum comfort and total confidentiality. This area also has its own restaurant-style catering service, so customers can enjoy some culinary delights before boarding.

A dining offer showcasing French fine cuisine

Inside the lounge, different dining areas offer customers a refined French dining experience in a warm and elegant setting. The dining offer changes throughout the day, offering hot and cold, sweet and savoury dishes as well as vegetarian options. Beef cheek piperade, or fish fillet with lemon sauce feature on this month’s menu. A selection of dishes by Ducasse Paris comprising a signature salad, the veggie “Burgal” and a mango and passion fruit-flavoured dessert complete the buffet.

As part of its eco-responsible approach, Air France favours local and seasonal products. The company pays particular attention to limiting food waste, selective waste sorting and recycling of catering items. There are water fountains throughout the lounge, to limit the consumption of single-use plastics, and beverage dispensers are also available.

Essential Air France lounge amenities

Customers can also relax in dedicated areas spread over the different levels of the lounge, equipped with loungers offering bed-like comfort. Comfortable seating arrangements are also available throughout the lounge.

The lounge features a Clarins* beauty treatment area, which has been an Air France partner for nearly 20 years. Clarins beauty care professionals welcome customers in a cosy treatment booth, where they can enjoy a range of complimentary facial treatments delivering instant, revitalizing results – “goodbye dry skin”, “revitalizing youth booster”, “healthy glow” and “beauty in a flash” treatments.

For fast and easy access, the lounge has an entrance equipped with eligibility kiosks. The lounge also provides a free Wi-Fi connection, and numerous electric and USB sockets close to each seat. To ensure optimal well-being, shower cubicles are available throughout the day to allow customers to freshen up and recharge their batteries. Digital press is also available on the Air France Press App. Customers can also read the EnVols magazine available in the lounge.

*Beauty treatments are provided from 7.40am to 3.20pm on weekdays (except Wednesday) and from 9am to 2.40pm on weekends.
