Renaissance Hotels has just launched a new hotel in New York’s popular Chelsea area. The new Renaissance New York Chelsea Hotel is located in a 39-floor building. The hotel features one of the highest rooftop pools in the city, with 360-degree views of Manhattan.

The Renaissance New York Chelsea Hotel is located on the former site of the iconic Antiques Garage flea market. The designers and builders created a hotel that mirrors its industrial, antique and floral market surroundings. BreakingTravelNews reports that behind the stone-walled arcade entry of the lays a private, open-air courtyard studded with lush foliage and seating for guests to lounge.

The hotel’s eye-catcher is its top-floor exterior that features a sleek, modern glass facade.

Renaissance has a growing North American portfolio, with recently opened hotels in Philadelphia, Toledo, Reno, Dallas and Newport Beach, as well as renovated properties in Los Angeles and Minneapolis.
