Four Seasons Madrid open for bookings

The new Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, the first property of the hotel chain in Spain, is ready for bookings. After years of careful restauration, the hotel’s collection of seven historic buildings will soon welcome its first guests.

The hotel is everything one might expect from a first-class hotel – and more. Presenting itself with a truly grand lobby, the hotel is the gem of the luxurious Galería Canalejas shopping mall. Besides 200 hotel rooms and suites, the hotels offers 22 Four Seasons Private Residences, for those who wish – and can afford – to stay longer.

The restoration took seven years in which experts have preserved more than 3,700 artefacts. The hotel features a four-level spa retreat, a sky-lit indoor pool and sun terrace looking out across Madrid's rooftops.

The main attraction At Four Seasons is 3-star chef Dani Garcia’s rooftop restaurant. Hospitalitynet reports that the restaurant is “a bright and vivid brasserie with a sophisticated touch, where locals and international guests will come together to savour Andalusian cuisine and panoramic views throughout the day and evening, both indoors and out in the sunshine on the terrace.”
