Wilde Aparthotels to open in Berlin and Edinburgh

Two new Wilde Aparthotels are ready for business in Berlin and Edinburgh. After opening a hotel earlier in London Covent Garden, the Staycity group now boasts three properties. Next year, the hotel group plans to open new locations in Dublin, London, Frankfurt and York.

Wilde Aparthotels are described as city centre hotels “inspired by the wit and irreverence of Irish playwright and poet Oscar Wilde”. The new Berlin hotel is located on the site of the ‘Checkpoint Charlie’ crossing point. The hotel features 48 one and two-bedroom apartment options. All rooms have natural timber flooring, bespoke joinery, crafts, artwork and soft furnishings, 43-inch smart TVs as well as appliances from high end brands such as Smeg and Nespresso.

The group’s third property in Edinburgh, located at the foot of Edinburgh Castle, offers 128 studio, one and two-bedroom apartments, as well as a gym, guest lounge, and a ‘Staycafe’.
