Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG) has opened a new voco hotel in Dubai. The new hotel on the well-known Sheikh Zayed road marks the first voco in the Middle East.

The new hotel is just 8km from Dubai International Airport and close to the World Trade Centre. The voco brand stands for welcoming, informal hotels with a focus on individual service.

Despite its large number of rooms (471), voco Dubai offers an individual hotel experience in a city that already has a large number of shiny five-star hotels. All of the guestrooms are fitted with modern décor and considerate extras that make for a comfortable stay.

HotelierMiddleEast reports thast the hotel is located close to attractions such as Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa; guests enjoy voco’s outdoor swimming pool, a gymnasium and the award-winning Spa Zen. The hotel also offers a variety of cuisines to enjoy, including Lebanese, French and Indian in its restaurants and bars Celsius Restaurant, Corner Cafe, Alhan, Origami Café, The Lounge and Bar 51.

Thanks to the hotel's location in the heart of the city and the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, guestrooms offer sweeping views of Dubai.
