Skyteam builds Beijing lounge and launches app

Skyteam, the airline partner alliance that AIR FRANCE KLM is a member of, will be opening a new branded lounge at Beijing’s Capital International airport later this year. The brand new facility is currently under construction.

According to Business Traveller, it will be the group’s sixth Skyteam-branded lounge, joining Heathrow, Istanbul, Sydney, Hong Kong and most recently Dubai.

Meanwhile Skyteam has launched the SkyPriority Audit App. This is a new customer feedback app, allowing members to rate their travel experience. About 8,000 of the group’s most frequent flyers have already tried the app in a beta version. The app has now been launched worldwide, with members able to provide feedback on SkyPriority services at every step of their journey at more than 1,000 airports.
The app is available for Apple and Android devices, in English, Spanish and Simplified Chinese. Later, a further 11 languages will be added to the list.
