The next step in hotel room technology is in a tablet. Hotel guests that find the ‘DigiJames’ in their room, have complete control over their stay. Guests will be able to control their room to their liking and find out everything they need to know about the hotel and the surrounding areas.

In the room, a guest can wirelessly control TV, air conditioning, lighting, curtains and door messaging (DND). Hotel management can send the guest a personalized welcome greeting, messages, and updates. The tablet also acts as the digital, interactive hotel directory, offering not just the usual bland hotel feature photos, but great videos.

This is a digitized hotel guide, offering restaurant and bar menus, if so desired in multiple languages. The DigiJames offers personalized promotions, and can also act as a conference planner and show personal schedules. You can also use the DigiJames to order meals, send requests to housekeeping, review your guest account status.

Obviously, the DigiJames offers an entertainment guide, local maps, TV/movie schedule, music library and movie on demand services.
