Lenox Hill versus Financial District – expensive to cheap on Manhattan
If you are looking for an affordable hotel room on Manhattan, try the Financial District. If your business is in the Lenox Hill neighbourhood of Manhattan, be prepared to pay top dollar, as this is Manhattan's most expensive hotel neighbourhood.

The survey compared the minimum amount, on average, a visitor had to pay for the least expensive double room in October in each NYC district. The survey covered only 3, 4 and 5 five star hotels.
