KLM is serving World Class meals – a new menu
KLM renews its flight menu from time to time. Business Class passengers are well known with menus created by leading Dutch top chefs. After Sergio Herman, Richard Ekkebus, Jonnie Boer and Mario Ridder, it’s now time to serve meals by Richard van Oostenbrugge.
KLM is delighted to be working with Richard van Oostenbrugge, this year’s chef of the year by Gault Millau. The chef has created a brilliant menu for World Business Class passengers with flights out of Amsterdam between 26 October 2014 and 22 January 2015.
Richard began his career in Switzerland, but is now working in The Netherlands. He started a new adventure in Amsterdam at the end of 2011 in five-star hotel De L’Europe as Excutive Chef of the the restaurant Bord’Eau (**). His cooking style can be described as: “Creative cooking with the finest ingredients”.
