Just opened in the US (2): The Bellevue Hotel (Philadelphia)

The former ‘Hyatt at the Bellevue’ in Philadelphia has a new look, interior and name: The Bellevue Hotel. The iconic hotel, an elegant retreat that dates back to 1904, is a member of the Unbound Collection by Hyatt. It was fully renovated in 2016.

In this hotel, the glamour of the Old World meets the creative spirit of the new. On the 19th floor of the hotel, XIX (say: Nineteen) is the hotel’s signature circular dining room. Besides good food, the restaurant boasts a chandelier of giant strung pearls and balcony seating overlooking Broad Street.

One of the best things about the renovated hotel is its location: overlook the downtown entertainment, nightlife, and corporate hub from your room at this hotel that is often called ‘the Grand Dame of Broad Street’. Another pro: you can work out in the 93,000-square-foot Sporting Club. Rates start at $179.
