How to sleep better on business tripsJet lag isn’t about sleep; it’s about alertness. Crossing time pushes you out of your normal rhythm. Get into the right rhythm and you will be fine, Entrepreneur reports.

How to get into the right rhythm, like when you travelled to an earlier time zone? Experts advise to try bright light (bring an energy light) late in the day to stay awake.
