The best 'Luxury Business Hotel in Asia' is not in Shanghai, Hong Kong or Singapore. It is in Mumbai, India. At world luxury hotel awards 2013, Grand Hyatt Mumbai has been awarded ‘Luxury Business Hotel in Asia’ at the World Luxury Hotel Awards 2013, held in Phuket, Thailand.

Hotels were recognized on a country, continent and global basis. The awards account for 50 categories in the luxury hotel industry and include amongst others, Luxury private island resorts, Casino hotels, City hotels and Lodges.

The awards were presented to almost 144 hotels from around the world where Grand Hyatt Mumbai was the proud recipient of the continent category award; it was selected from votes cast by guests, travel industry delegates, tour operators or independent travel consultants across the globe.
