Amsterdam’s new iconic landmark – the Nhow Amsterdam RAI

Amsterdam will have the largest hotel in the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg). The new-build Nhow Amsterdam RAI will have 650 guest rooms over 25 floors.

The new hotel will open in 2018 and will be a great spot for anybody visiting the Amsterdam RAI exhibition and conference centre complex. The Nhow Amsterdam RAI will become Amsterdam’s new iconic showcase, as it has been designed by OMA, headed by Dutch architect Rem Koolhaas.

The hotel will offer state-of-the-art technological innovations, such as next-generation 3D holographic telepresence technology for virtual and interactive meetings and events.

Nhow Amsterdam RAI is to be the brand's second hotel in the Netherlands, following the opening of Nhow Rotterdam last year. The brand boasts Nhow properties in Milan and Berlin. Another 12 hotels are expected to open by 2018.
