Aerotel, Beijing Daxing International Airport’s hotel-by-the-hour
Add a bit of extra energy after a long flight or spend a long delay by catching up on your sleep. The recently opened Beijing Daxing International Airport has the right place for it: the Aerotel Beijing, the in-terminal hotel of the new airport.
The great thing about this new hotel is that you can check in and check out 24/7 and pay the bill for the hours you have actually spent inside. A perfect and very efficient way to manage your energy if you are on an early-morning or late-night flight or just find out you have a few extra hours to spend. Guests will pay based per number of hours they spend (options come in blocks of three, six, nine or 12 hours), TravelAndLeasure reports.
The hotel has 215 bedrooms and is located about a 10-minute walk from the international check-in desk. It features a pillow menu and soothing ambient lighting in each room to make your sleep extra comfortable. TravelAndLeasure: “There are also high-powered showers to wash away all the travel grime you undoubtedly collect while in transit.”
