The climbing wall is aimed at attracting business guests to experience a leadership programme implemented by a consultancy and training company. The wall will support the experiential scenario based learning for personal, team, supervisory, management and leadership development. The company has stated: “The programmes are fun, energising, challenging, motivating and an extraordinarily powerful platform for memorable learning. We have delivered the learning programmes 740 times to more than 400 clients.”
