Business Travel Services provides an online service for travel managers from mid-size to bigger companies. If your company is booking online directly on the Air France and KLM website, you can then manage and monitor all Air France and KLM business travel efficiently, on behalf of your company. A dedicated website gives you, as a travel manager, a comprehensive overview by showing your company's bookings.

Your benefits: Easy, efficient and a clear overview

Business Travel Services is easily accessible via a dedicated link in your bluebiz account overview. It gives travel managers control and offers the possibility within your company so they can book and manage tickets on the Air France or KLM website for themselves or for colleagues in a fraud proof way. The use of Business Travel Services is completely free.

How does it work?

  • Fill in the attached form
  • You will then receive an invitation mail to get access to Business Travel Services
  • Click on the link in the invitation and create an account for your company.
  • After your account has been validated (one time) you have access to the online Business Travel Services environment through a dedicated link in your bluebiz account.
  • You can then start managing your company's account.
