Hyatt Centric now open in downtown Madrid

The Hyatt Centric Gran Via Madrid has opened its doors. The new hotel, located on Madrid’s vibrant Gran Via, is the first Hyatt hotel in mainland Spain.

Hyatt Centric is a relatively new brand of full-service lifestyle hotels located in prime destinations, like Madrid’s Gran Via. “Created for millennial-minded travelers who want to be in the middle of the action, Hyatt Centric hotels are thoughtfully designed to enable exploration and discovery”, Luxury Travel Magazine reports. Hyatt Centric currently has 19 properties at the center of business cities in Japan, Qatar, Australia, China, Peru and the U.S.

Located in a historic landmark building originally built in the 1920s, the location of the 159-room hotel is unbeatable. Every room has a city view, suites additionally offer spacious furnished terraces.

The hotel boasts three dining options: local cuisine at restaurant Hielo y Carbon. Enjoy cocktails the hotel’s Ondas Bar and enjoy the views from the rooftop bar Via Fantastica. There is also a 24-hour Fitness Center. The Madrid Metro Station is just a few steps away.
