Rosewood Hotel on top floors Guangzhou’s tallest building – 530 meters

Guangzhou’s landmark Guangzhou CTF Finance Centre (alt. 530 meters) will soon have a luxurious business hotel. The Rosewood Guangzhou hotel will occupy the top 16 floors. The hotel will offer 251 guestrooms and 355 Rosewood Residences for those who wish to stay longer.

The Guangzhou CTF Finance Centre is currently under development. It is Guangzhou’s tallest building, amongst the 10 highest in the world. The Rosewood Guangzhou will have the fastest high-speed elevators in the world at 20 meters per second.

The new Rosewood Gaungzhou will boast seven food and beverage venues: a bistro, bar, lobby lounge and gourmet corner; a Chinese restaurant with nine private dining rooms of which three will be free-standing outdoor garden villas; a specialty restaurant; a sky bar with cigar humidor area and fully equipped wine corner and cellar.

For recreation, this Rosewoord hotel will feature a two-floor spa with eight treatment suites, a health club and indoor pool.

The location of the hotel is ideal: in Tianhe District’s central business area, near shopping malls and within walking distance of cultural destinations such as Guangdong Museum and the Zaha Hadid-designed Guangzhou Opera House.
