Nairobi

Nairobi is the capital and largest city of Kenya, and the tenth largest city in Africa. It is located in the south of the country and has a population of approximately 3.1 million. Main industries are tourism, agriculture, Several international companies have factories based in and around the city. Key attraction for tourists is the Nairobi National Park, the only game reserve of this nature to border a capital city. Nairobi is also called the ‘Safari Capital of the World’.

Air France will start flights to Nairobi as of 25 March 2018 using a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner 3 x per week. These flights will be an addition to the daily operated flights by KLM Boeing 747.

Seattle

Seattle, the emerald city, is the largest city in the state of Washington and to gateway to Alaska. The city has a population of approximately 630,000. Seattle is housing software, biotechnology and internet companies leading to an economic revival.

Air France will start 3 weekly flights to Seattle as of 25 March 2018 up to 5 weekly flights during peak summer season. Flights will be operated by Boeing 777-200 equipped with the latest Air France long haul cabins.

Taipei

Taipei is the capital and largest city of Taiwan. This cosmopolitan city is the temple of high tech and electronics. It has approximately 2.7 million inhabitants.
Taipei offers tourists ecotourism, hot springs, culture and savage landscapes.

Air France will start operating 3 weekly flights as of 16 April 2018 by Boeing 777-200 equipped with the latest Air France long haul travel cabins. The flights will be an addition to the KLM daily flights by Boeing 777-200/300.

Fortaleza

Fortaleza is the capital of the state Cearà in the Northeast of Brazil and is the fifth largest city f the country. The population is approximately 860,000. Fortaleza’s strategic geographical location, its developing economy and tourism, make it a highly attractive destination.

Air France will start 2 weekly flights as of 4 May 2018, operated by Joon with an Airbus A340. KLM will start operating 2 weekly flights to Fortaleza as of 3 May 2018, up to 3 weekly flights in peak summer season with an Airbus A330.
Together with GOL, Air France and KLM will thus create a hub at Fortaleza that will offer connections to major cities in the north and northeast of Brazil. New connections will be added in the future.

Mahe (Seychelles)

Mahe is the largest island of the Republic of Seychelles. This archipelago and country in the Indian Ocean is called the 115-island country. It has approximately 94,000 inhabitants. Seychelles has a diversified economy, focused on service and public sectors as well as tourism.

Air France will start 3 weekly flights as of 5 May 2018, operated by Joon with an Airbus A340.

Catania

Catania is the second largest city of Sicily, located on the east coast facing the Ionian Sea, and one of the ten biggest cities in Italy. The population of Catania is approximately 313,000. Catania is the first economic and industrial hub of Sicily, known for its petrochemical industry and the extraction of sulfur. Tourism is a fast growing industry in Catania.

Air France will begin operating 3 weekly flights as of 27 March 2018 by Airbus A319 and A320.

Växjö

Växjöis the administrative, cultural and industrial centre of Kronoberg county in Sweden. It has approximately 67,000 inhabitants and is the greenest city in Europe.

KLM will start operating daily flights on 14 May 2018 by Embraer E175.

Bergen

Norway’s second largest city and second largest port, Bergen stands out with its colorful wooden houses along the old wharf.
A gateway to the Fjords, the city is also known for its wonderful fish market and its lively inhabitants. The narrow streets winding upwards give travelers a closer view of the 7 mountains that culminate in the city center.

Air France will be operating daily flights to Bergen with an Airbus A319 as of 27 May 18.

Cork

Enhanced by its many bridges and proudly nestled on an island in the middle of the River Lee, Cork is less than two hours from France. As Ireland's second most populated city, it is a major economic and cultural focal point in Ireland. With its many film and music festivals, local products and warm hospitality, Cork embodies the authenticity of southern Ireland.

Air France will start daily flights to Cork as of 26 May 2018 operated by Hop! with an Embraer 70.

Wroclaw

Located on the River Oder in western Poland, Wroclaw with its 12 islands and 112 bridges is also known as the “Venice of the North”. From the old town to Nadordrze, famous for its cosy cafés and street art, its baroque, Gothic and classical architecture, and its colorful houses, Wroclaw is the fourth largest city in Poland.

Air France will start daily flights to Wroclaw as of 26 May 2018 operated by Hop! with an Embraer 70.

Bari

Bari, the capital of Puglia, is a must-see city in Italy. By bicycle or on foot, on the seafront or in the heart of the old town, Bari captivates its visitors with its history, its medieval walls, romantic walks and perpetual sunshine.

Air France will be operating 5 weekly flights by Airbus A320 and A319 from 18 July to 2 September 2018.

Cagliari

Cagliari, a typically Mediterranean city, is the capital of Sardinia. Cagliari spreads across several hills, with the city's castle and historic centre perched high on top of the highest hill. Its surrounding natural parks are also popular with travelers who come to admire its flora and fauna.

Air France will start daily flights operated by Hop! with an Embraer 70 from 16 July to 2 September 2018.

Ibiza

Perpignan

Perpignan, the Catalan, is nestled between the sea and the mountains, surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea and the Corbières mountain range. Former capital of the Kingdom of Mallorca, its town centre and typical bright-colored walls recall its Spanish influences.

Air France will start 5 weekly flights operated by Hop! with an Embraer 190 from 16 July to 2 September 2018.

Dubrovnik

Dubrovnik, the pearl of the Adriatic, offers from the top of the city walls views of its sparkling red tile roofs, set against the shimmering turquoise waters of the Adriatic. The old town, included in the Unesco list of world heritage sites, is full of historical treasures. The marble streets of the medieval city will enthrall travellers.

Air France will operate 2 weekly flights by Airbus A319 from 19 July to 1 September 2018.
